Have you found the transition difficult?

Nope! 10 pages into the new comic and been pretty smooth so far.

Of course, there's still the comic launch to go so!

That's pretty damn neat, then! In my opinion, changing a style can be REAL difficult. I know when I first learned about anime I started to try drawing a little like that, and it STILL hasn't stuck after years. Heh.

The trick is, ZAP! was done in a style that isn't my natural style. So I'm just kind of reverting back to how I draw naturally. :)

That is *amazing*. I never would've guessed! And that makes it even more impressive how your ZAP! style progressed changed and grew over the years as well.

Though I HAVE told people before that sometimes 'cartoony' imagery (not that ZAP! is, now, though perhaps at the start one might say it kind of leaned that way) can be MORE difficult than actually trying to draw realistically. Again, at least I've found this the case.
