It's Reona, from Zap! [link] in a purple suit. Fans of the comic might be going, gasp! she's notin her orange uniform!! Are you changing her costume?

Fear not (I love saying that) there are no plans to change Reona's wear.

This is actually sort of an in-joke. All my friends say that I should Cosplay as Reona, but I've always been like, I can't sew. So, as a funny, I drew her in one of my dance costumes so that I wouldn't have to make a new costume. har har. Now to just find those boots...
